Where we ship

Shopzy currently ships to addresses within India only.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time

All orders ship from warehouses within India. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be delayed by courier issues, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.

Order confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your package.

Address and delivery

Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code and phone number are correct. Shopzy is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or if the recipient cannot be reached. If an order is returned to us for these reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.
